2. To use the Service, you must register and create an account by providing your name, email address, phone number, payment details, and other information as required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Our Service offers personalized bedtime stories based on the child's first name, age group (toddler, preschool, or school-age), preferred saga type, and a brief description of the desired story theme. Personalization also includes integrated meditation and relaxation exercises tailored to your child's needs.

5. 3. Age Restrictions

6. The Service is designed for children aged 3 to 9 years but must be accessed and used by parents or legal guardians. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other relevant laws in providing a safe and appropriate online experience for children.

7. 4. User-Generated Content

8. Content generated by users, including personalized story themes and descriptions, may be made available to all paying users of the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content in connection with the Service.

10. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and all content provided by the Service, including all personalized stories. The Service and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. 6. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

12. You may select from various subscription plans for the Service. Subscriptions may be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time. Changes to your subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

The arbitration shall take place in New Jersey, USA, and shall be conducted in English.
